Reiki Refresher Courses

My Refresher courses have been developed as a result of an increasing number of enquiries from people who wish to resume their use of Reiki, but who feel ‘rusty’ and unsure of how to move forward with confidence.

Perhaps you are lacking confidence, or feel disconnected from the healing energy, or maybe you want to re-awaken your knowledge before undertaking training at the next level. You may even feel ready to start Teaching Reiki to others. If so, a Reiki Refresher Course is the perfect way to reconnect your inner knowing.

Please note that these Refresher Courses are NOT a short-cut to gaining a Reiki qualification.

Group Size: As my Refresher Courses are run in small groups, a minimum of 2 students are required to enable a course to run efficiently. Please therefore ask to be placed on the waiting list, and I will contact you when sufficient student numbers have been reached. Alternatively, individual one-to-one training can be arranged, at additional cost.

My Refresher Courses are a blend of theory, discussion and practical work, and are approximately 4 hours in duration.

Course Content, to include the revision of:

  • What Reiki is, and how it works
  • The 7 major Chakras
  • Hand positions and sequence for self-healing and for healing others
  • The code of Ethics in Reiki and etiquette when working with others
  • An Attunement to rebalance and reinforce your Reiki energy
  • Hands-on practice session, with feedback on what is being felt, seen or experienced
  • Time for discussion and questions
  • The importance of the 21-day self-healing process following your re-Attunement

Course Content, to include the revision of:

  • How to draw the 3 Reiki symbols, and understand their purpose
  • Methods of distance healing, for yourself and others, and creating a Healing Mandala
  • Record Keeping, Public Liability Insurance, Client Confidentiality, How much to Charge for Reiki
  • An Attunement to rebalance and reinforce your Reiki energy
  • Hands-on practice session, with feedback on what is being felt, seen or experienced
  • Time for discussion and questions
  • The importance of the 21-day self-healing process following your re-Attunement

SELF INVESTMENT: £120 per person.

  • A detailed discussion and review of your own experience of Reiki and the results you’ve gained
  • Your reasons for wishing to progress to a Level 3 Master, and if you wish to become a Reiki Teacher
  • How to draw the 5 Reiki symbols, and understand their purpose
  • An Attunement to rebalance and reinforce your Reiki energy
  • Practice at giving an Attunement
  • Hands-on practice session, with feedback on what is being felt, seen or experienced
  • The importance of the 21-day self-healing process following your re-Attunement
