The aim of my Healing Art Workshops is to create a loving and safe space with an open and sharing non-judgemental group of people, who simply wish to be authentic, trusted and honoured for who they are.
All workshops are led by myself, as a facilitator not an art teacher, simply guiding you to share art as a tool for self-expression and self-exploration. I do not offer interpretation or diagnosis, as the focus must remain on you … you are in charge of your own exploration and healing.
My workshops are aimed at any level from complete beginner to advanced – and you do not require any previous experience of art or painting. Just be brave, and allow your inner self to speak through art.
Sometimes it is very difficult (or even impossible) to talk about your deepest pain and fear! Using colour and shape can give a voice to your emotions and feelings without using the words.
