When You’re Afraid of Putting Yourself Out There

Have you ever avoided something because you were afraid of putting yourself out there? Have you felt the tension between wanting to hide and wanting to succeed?
You can’t let other people, or your fears, control your life.

Our sessions will be held at my home in Westbourne, Bournemouth on a monthly basis initially. Starting at 7.30pm and ending with tea/coffee/biscuits and a chance to mingle and reflect together at 9.30pm – the evening will finish at 10.00pm. Self-Investment will be £7 per session.
