Personal / Spiritual Growth

Can we define what Spiritual Growth or Personal Development really is? It seems there’s no official definition. We use these terms to talk about developing better mindsets, bringing more awareness, and achieving higher levels of consciousness.
Our sessions will be held at my home in Westbourne, Bournemouth on a monthly basis initially. Starting at 7.30pm and ending with tea/coffee/biscuits and a chance to mingle and reflect together at 9.30pm – the evening will finish at 10.00pm. Self-Investment will be £7 per session.
